Cultivating a stronger, more connected innovation ecosystem in Southern Oregon

Industry, academia, government, and philanthropy share the goal of creating inclusive ecosystems that cultivate talent and grow businesses. Yet often our current systems are siloed, creating barriers for far too many prospective inventors and entrepreneurs and stifling economic growth and vitality.

At The Lemelson Foundation, our mission is dedicated to improving lives through invention.  To inform our work and the work of organizations in Southern Oregon, we wish to understand the ecosystem at several levels. First, not only what resources are available, but how resources and people interact to ensure diverse groups of inventors and entrepreneurs can easily find the right support at the right time. Second, how we might inspire future generations of inventors and entrepreneurs and help them nurture and sustain their passion.

We invite you to join fellow colleagues as we host an intimate and interactive conversation on identifying ways to support a thriving innovation economy in Southern Oregon. Please RSVP here – there’s no cost.
