Britt Website Receives Significant Upgrade

January 16, 2020

MEDFORD, OR –  Britt Music & Arts Festival announces the redesign and significant upgrade of their website that will improve the ability of Britt patrons and fans to purchase tickets and learn about various operations of the non-profit organization. Constructed by web design firm Project A, the new design is constructed on a modern WordPress platform, allowing Britt staff more flexibility managing the site while offering a better user interface for site visitors, especially for people exploring the site on cell phones and other mobile devices.

“We’re very pleased with the way the new site looks and feels,” says President & CEO Donna Briggs. “This is a big improvement over our former website design, making it easier to navigate the site and purchase tickets, especially on a cell phone.”

Beyond more intuitive navigation, the new site offers several new features. The home page will display upcoming concert performances once they are announced, as well as information and links to pages about the Britt Festival Orchestra, Britt Education & Engagement, and becoming a Member. In addition, special links at the top of each page allow patrons to log into their existing Britt account, subscribe to the Britt Buzz newsletter, and go directly to ticket purchasing once concerts are on sale.

The website is located at: https://www.brittfest.org

Britt recommends that visitors always check to make sure they are on this site when purchasing tickets. Tickets resellers often offer websites that look official, but charge extra fees. Britt cannot guarantee tickets purchased through these resellers.

Inspired by its intimate and scenic hillside venue, Britt Music & Arts Festival provides diverse live performances, an incomparable classical festival and dynamic education programs that create a sense of discovery and community. Since its grassroots beginnings in 1963, the non-profit organization has grown from a two-week chamber music festival to a summer-long series of concerts in a variety of genres, including a three-week orchestra season, and year-round education and engagement programs.
